1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the c4444 platform — including the website at c4444.online, any mobile browser interface, or any communication channel operated by c4444 — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is entered into between you as an individual user and c4444 as the platform operator.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms or promotional conditions that c4444 publishes from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific set of game or promotional rules, the more specific rules will take precedence for matters falling within their scope. All supplementary terms are to be read as part of this agreement as a whole.

If you are using c4444 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms and that person will be personally liable for any breach. c4444 does not permit account sharing or operation of an account by any person other than the named registered account holder.

2.Eligibility

3.1 One Account Per Person

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c4444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. c4444 will never ask you for your password via any channel. Any bet placed or transaction processed using your account credentials will be treated as having been made by you, whether or not you authorised the action, unless you have notified c4444 of a security compromise before the action occurs.

4.Deposits and Payments

All funds deposited and held in your c4444 account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a c4444 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the name of the c4444 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such deposit may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• c4444 does not charge processing fees on deposits made by any supported method. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider are outside c4444's control and are the depositor's responsibility.

5.Withdrawals

Registered and verified c4444 account holders may request withdrawals of PKR balances subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the name of the c4444 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• c4444 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method. Processing times are typically under three minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, same-day for IBFT bank transfer, and up to three business days for card withdrawals.
• Before processing a first withdrawal, c4444 may require completion of identity verification. Required documents include a valid CNIC or passport and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Active bonus balances and any associated wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.
• Termination by c4444: c4444 may close any account immediately, without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, or any other material breach of these Terms. Where closure is due to suspected criminal activity, c4444 may be required to withhold funds pending resolution with relevant authorities.

Termination of your account does not affect any right or obligation that has accrued prior to termination, including c4444's right to investigate and pursue claims arising from conduct that occurred while the account was active.
